Application Guidelines

Programs of Study

You may apply for the following accredited programs:

BACHELOR OF THEOLOGY PROGRAM (B.Th.)
MASTER OF DIVINITY PROGRAM (M. Div.)
DOCTOR OF MINISTRY PROGRAM (D. Min.)

Academic Terms (Semester System)

WMCGW follows a biannual semester calendar. Please choose your start term:

Fall Semester: Classes begin in late August / early September.
Spring Semester: Classes begin in late January / early February.

Application Types & Fees

All application fees are non-refundable. Choose the type that fits your status:

Transfer Application (2–3 weeks) $52.00 USD

Transfer Application — Rush (5 days) $156.00 USD

COS / New Initial I-20 (2–3 weeks) $520.00 USD

COS / New Initial I-20 — Rush (5 days) $624.00 USD

Reinstatement Application $520.00 USD

U.S. Citizen Student Application $52.00 USD

Important: By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Official Tuition Refund Policy and Campus Guidelines.

English Proficiency Requirements

Mandatory for: Change of Status (COS), New I-20 from abroad, and Reinstatement.

Exempt: Transfer students from other U.S. schools. (Enter “TRANSFER” in the test code field).

1. Pay Test Fee: $30.00 USD via Stripe:

2. Take Test: You will receive a link via email. After completion, enter the Unique Test Code provided in your application form.

Required Documentation

Prepare to upload the following through the portal:

Valid Passport / Government ID.
Official Academic Transcripts (Previous Schools).
Personal Testimony / Statement of Purpose.
Evidence of Financial Support (F-1 Students only).
